R\u00f6r runt med en slev tills degen blandats j\u00e4mnt. Du ska inte kn\u00e5da! Ibland upplevs degen lite torr i detta skede. Det \u00e4r helt normalt och degen upplevs sedan fuktigare efter f\u00f6rsta j\u00e4sningen.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4ck med plastfolie och l\u00e5t j\u00e4sa i rumstemperatur 8-12 timmar.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll upp degen p\u00e5 ett mj\u00f6lat bord och dela upp den i 4 (normalstora) eller 8 (minpizzor) lika stora delar.<\/p>\n<p>Forma dem till runda bullar genom att pressa ner degbiten i mitten och vik \u00f6ver kanterna. Upprepa ett par g\u00e5nger tills det blivit en sp\u00e4nd degbulle utan bristningar.<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00f6rj en bricka med olivolja. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 bullarna och stryk lite olivolja \u00f6ver.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4ck noga med plastfolie. St\u00e4ll i kylen och l\u00e5t kallj\u00e4sa i ca 1 dag.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t pizzabollarna st\u00e5 ute i rumstemperatur 1-2 timmar innan du bakar ut pizzan.
