Hacka l\u00f6k och paprika i t\u00e4rningar. Finhacka vitl\u00f6ken. Hetta upp olja i en trakt\u00f6rpanna eller gryta. Stek l\u00f6k och paprika under omr\u00f6rning. V\u00e4nd i b\u00f6nor, majs, vitl\u00f6k och stek lite till under omr\u00f6rning. Tills\u00e4tt riset och blanda. H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver kokhett vatten som du har blandat med buljong, blanda och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ett lock. L\u00e5t koka upp p\u00e5 h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme, s\u00e4nk sedan v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e5t sjuda under lock tills riset \u00e4r klart.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4rm ugnen till 225\u00b0, \u00f6ver och underv\u00e4rme. Blanda ihop alla ingredienser till kycklingmarinaden. Hetta upp olja i en stekpanna och stek kycklingen p\u00e5 h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme, ca 3-4 min p\u00e5 varje sida. L\u00e4gg kycklingen i en ugnsform, h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver marinaden och pensla den j\u00e4mnt \u00f6ver kycklingen. Tillaga mitt i ugnen i ca 12-15 min. L\u00e5t kycklingen vila och sk\u00e4r sedan i fina skivor. Mixa ihop alla ingredienser till s\u00e5sen.
