L\u00e5t f\u00e4rsen svalna. Hacka l\u00f6k, paprika och koriander fint. Sk\u00f6lj och sila av b\u00f6norna. Jag anv\u00e4nder fryst majs som jag snabbt kokar upp och l\u00e5ter rinna av ordentligt. Om du jobbar med burkmajs silar du av den ordentligt.<\/p>\n<p>I en bunke blandar du f\u00e4rs, l\u00f6k, majs, b\u00f6nor, koriander, riven ost, pressad lime, tacokrydda och salt.<\/p>\n<p>Ta ett v\u00e5rrulleark och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 en sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4da. L\u00e4gg tv\u00e5 rej\u00e4la matskedar fyllning och rulla ihop som jag g\u00f6r i klippet p\u00e5 min Instagram eller i steg f\u00f6r steg bilderna. Pensla den yttersta kanten med vatten och rulla ihop v\u00e5rrullen. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t med bakpl\u00e5tspapper med skarven ned\u00e5t. G\u00f6r samma procedur med resterande fyllning och v\u00e5rrulleark.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4rm ugnen till 225\u00b0, \u00f6ver och underv\u00e4rme. Pensla v\u00e5rrullarna med olja och tillaga mitt i ugnen tills v\u00e5rrullarna blir gyllene och krispiga, ca 17-20 min. Garnera v\u00e5rrullarna med koriander och pressa lime \u00f6ver vid servering.
