Blanda i alla ingredienser i en kastrull, l\u00e5t koka upp under vispning. Den ska bli lite tjockare i konsistensen. Om den blir f\u00f6r blaskig s\u00e5 ha i lite mer majsst\u00e4rkelse, om f\u00f6r tjock s\u00e5 ha i lite mer vatten. St\u00e4ll undan.<\/p>\n<p>2) Stek strimlad kycklingfile i lite olivolja. Salta &amp; peppra. H\u00e4ll i teriyakis\u00e5sen och sjud runt i ca 1 minut. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver sesamfr\u00f6n.<\/p>\n<p>Servera med kokt ris och g\u00e4rna en h\u00e4rlig asiatisk gurksallad och chilimajjo (srirachas\u00e5s och majonn\u00e4s blandat \u2013 finns att k\u00f6pa f\u00e4rdig ocks\u00e5). Asiatisk gurksallad g\u00f6r du enkelt s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Asiatisk gurksallad<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 gurka<\/li>\n<li>lite salt<\/li>\n<li>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/li>\n<li>1 lime<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 msk sesamolja<\/li>\n<li>2 msk japansk soja<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk fisks\u00e5s<\/li>\n<li>2 msk sweet chilis\u00e5s<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk chiliflakes (ta mindre om du inte vill det ska vara s\u00e5 starkt)<\/li>\n<li>1 lime<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 kruka koriander (hoppa \u00f6ver om du inte gillar)<\/li>\n<li>Sesamfr\u00f6n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/strong><br \/>\n1) Skiva gurkan och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 en sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4da, str\u00f6 p\u00e5 lite salt och l\u00e5t st\u00e5r en stund s\u00e5 den f\u00e5r v\u00e4tska av sig lite. Pressa sedan med hush\u00e5llspapper p\u00e5 gurkskivorna.<\/p>\n<p>2) Blanda en dressing av pressad vitl\u00f6k, saften av limen, sesamolja, japanska soja, fisks\u00e5s, chiliflakes, 1 lime, sweet chilis\u00e5s, hackad koriander och sesamfr\u00f6n.
