V\u00e4rm ugnen till 200 grader.<br \/>\nLaxpudding:<\/p>\n<p>Klar<br \/>\n2. Skala potatisen och koka i saltat vatten.<\/p>\n<p>Klar<br \/>\n3. Sk\u00e4r laxen i skivor.<\/p>\n<p>Klar<br \/>\n4. Skala och skiva l\u00f6ken. Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6ken i sm\u00f6r i en stekpanna s\u00e5 att l\u00f6ken mjuknar utan att ta f\u00e4rg.<\/p>\n<p>Klar<br \/>\n5. Vispa ihop \u00e4gg, mj\u00f6lk, finhackad dill, salt och peppar i en bunke.<\/p>\n<p>Klar<br \/>\n6. Skiva den kokta potatisen.<\/p>\n<p>Klar<br \/>\n7. Varva potatis, lax och stekt l\u00f6k i en form. H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver \u00e4ggstanningen och s\u00e4tt in i ugnen ca 30-40 min.<br \/>\nSallad:<\/p>\n<p>Klar<br \/>\n8. Sk\u00f6lj och sk\u00e4r gurkan i bitar. Skala och finstrimla l\u00f6ken. Blanda samman i en sk\u00e5l med salladen och ringla \u00f6ver olja och balsamvin\u00e4ger.<br \/>\nBrynt sm\u00f6r:<\/p>\n<p>Klar<br \/>\n9. Bryn sm\u00f6ret i en kastrull strax innan servering.<\/p>\n<p>Klar<br \/>\n10.
